If you require a small amount of clothing say under 25 units and need to print an intricate 1 or 2 colour design, then this will be a suitable method. You do not have to pay any origination costs and the quality of the design will last longer than a screen print.

We take the artwork and cut the design on a plotter it is then lifted on transfer paper and heat transferred to the garment. In order to get the quality of the design on to the clothing it is hand “weeded” with a scalpel.

This is great for short runs since there is no origination charge, but the unit costs are much higher than screen printing. We do not recommend this for large orders. There is, unfortunately a limit on the numbers of colours we have available, but this is increasing regularly.
