Sublimation Printing
This is one of the best options for creating photo-realistic designed tee shirts and polo’s. Use this if you are looking for vibrancy of design. As with vinyl transfer there is no origination charge although this offers the ability to use multiple colours in ways not possible with vinyls.
The process involves impregnating sublimation ink on special paper in reverse to the original design. The sheet is then placed on the garment in the desired position. When the design is heat pressed the ink liquefies and then impregnates the clothing. It then cools to remain a permanent impregnation of the shirt.
The process offers a full colour solution to small jobs. It is limited to high polyester white clothing hence this is the only way to get the colours to be sustained in the garment effectively.
